Laura Wright

As a native Houstonian and resident of The Woodlands, Laura has a wealth of knowledge about Houston and surrounding areas. Since earning her license in 2013, Laura has had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in many areas such as Richmond, Magnolia, Spring, Rice Military in the Washington Corridor, The Woodlands, Bridgeland, Cypress, Katy and even Austin.

She also has a great interest in new construction, and her new homeowners always appreciate her attention to detail as she works with them throughout the construction process. For international clients, Laura is often their eyes and ears when they are away. She also has extensive experience with buyers relocating to the area.

When listing homes for sale, Laura gives her clients extra special attention. From the first walk through to the last, you can expect her to be honest and sincerely invested in the successful sale of your home. As a certified stager, she personally stages each of her client's homes for sale. Her realistic approach to selling your home guarantees that you will price your home correctly, show it frequently and sell it for the best price possible. She isn't afraid to be a tough negotiator and is always your best advocate.

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, retail sales, ministry and event planning, Laura is a natural in customer satisfaction. She began her career with ExxonMobil in marketing, but her love of people and her desire to make a positive difference drew her into full-time ministry at Second Baptist Church of Houston. Laura acted as Special Events Coordinator, produced and co-hosted the Christian radio show "Single Connection" and directed one of the largest Women's Ministries in the nation. After moving with her family to the Woodlands, she turned her attention to real estate.

Laura was always an active volunteer in the girls' school and extracurricular activities. From PTO fundraising to her most recent position as The Woodlands High School Swim & Dive team booster club Board President, she has broad exposure to the heartbeat of her community.

Laura's big personality, commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, integrity and passion for people shine through in all that she does. She is married to Frank Wright and together they form what he lovingly refers to as a house divided; Laura is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, while Frank graduated from her rival school, Texas A&M University. Married almost 30 years, they are the proud parents of three lovely daughters. With two Aggies and one Longhorn, they happily maintain their house divided.
